Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside the parcel to help our team identify your order.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old postage marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
